   I stayed here for two nights. This time I came to New Zealand for a vacation and had high expectations for the hotel. On the first night, our flight was delayed, which made the check-in time very late. I'm very sorry for not seeing the check-in email in my mailbox. I also called the front desk staff to help with the check-in at night. I'm very sorry to have disturbed his rest. The hotel environment and service exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and there was a refrigerator. The air conditioner also worked very well. I'm very satisfied with this trip and my stay.

   Had a satisfactory 2 night stay here. The room was clean and decently sized with a kitchenette. The best part was the free washing machine and dryer in the toilet, and detergent was also provided. But do note that parking is charged per night (NZD 20 per night), and there are limited lots available. There were no lots available when we arrived, so we didn’t get any parking.

   I stayed 6 nights here, some of the staff were quite nice. I was shocked that over the course of my 6 night stay that there was no housekeeping going through the rooms, they were always on my level each day but I never got any fresh sheets or towels for my whole stay. Because of this I had lots of excess rubbish piling up in the room as there was only one extremely small bin in the room that would only fit one bottle in it and there was no bins for rubbish disposal that I could see and no hotel information given. Other than that the bed was comfy, the small Cafe located in the lobby was great and the shower had great pressure. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and had great service.

   Wonderful front desk service, nice environment, and convenient. But lack of cleanliness, a lot of hair that does not belong to us on the top of the bed quilt when we check in, and the cleanliness of the carpet is just so-so, in this case there are no disposable slippers in the room will be very inconvenient for customers, even cheaper hotels in Auckland still have them. It's indeed rare to come across hotels without slippers. The four-star rating is entirely based on the excellent performance of the front desk service staff, but some design detail and especially cleaning staff really need to be strictly strengthened.

   We recently stayed at Wyndham Garden Christchurch hotel and I must say, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. This is actually our second stay after our first visit a few months back. The amenities were excellent, providing a perfect blend of comfort and convenience especially with a washing machine and dryer in the room. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made exploring the surroundings effortless. We highly recommend this hotel.

   The staff at the front counter (Zoe) was very helpful even when we left our passports on the train, she went above and beyond with helping us locate them and get them back, my partner wheelchair broke and the maintenance man helped us fix it, the rooms where very comfortable and clean and the cleaning staff where very helpful and the rooms where spotless, the cafe staff are very friendly and helpful, even the manager was a very friendly man and was great talking to him. The free wifi is the best we have ever seen in a hotel, even fast the my own at home and I have 100mbs at home. A great place to stay and would recommend to anyone.

   Great stay, very clean, room had everything we needed. Convenient location, parking onsite (prebook required), we parked at Wilson’s next door. Loading bay available at front hotel if arriving by car to facilitate check in. Had washing machine and dryer plus liquid, which we used, good bathroom amenities. Had cutlery, crockery and microwave, we used. AC worked well, lighting for different areas, extra TV channels, free Wi-Fi and signal, cafes and restaurants close by, block out curtains and quiet despite being on a main road. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you we really enjoyed ourselves.
