   Wow, where do I begin! As a family we have come here twice now. What an amazing place to celebrate. The dining room is stunning - full of beautiful touches and the table was set beautifully. We were able to wander the gardens and Francesca even had us feeding the lambs in a paddock. The food was incredible - plenty of it and all dietary requirements were catered for. Francesca is the ultimate host - lovely, incredibly friendly with wonderful communication, nothing was a bother and attentive without being over the top. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend Villa del Vento if you are wanting a high tea in a very special location.

   In early 2022 my wife and I were married in a beautiful ceremony at Villa del Vento in Swannanoa. Marina and I were humbled, honoured and immensely grateful for the amazing effort that Francesca and Alex showed in supporting us on our big day. They went all out to make it something so special. This venue is truly an amazing and impressive place. For us it was a beautiful setting for a marriage ceremony, a spacious, well established and presented garden that was a relaxed setting for our guests to enjoy cocktails and canapes. Francesca’s offerings from her kitchen were outstanding… and delicious! The barn area was the perfect spot for a garden party which included a marquee, relaxed seating, spitroast buffet dinner, drinks and a live band. The golden touch for us was the way that Francesca and Alex listened carefully to us as a couple. They worked out what was important to us and what kind of event would suit our personalities and reflect our special relationship. They then shaped the entire day, beautifully attending to every detail offering us options and communicating strongly every step of the way. Our guests were incredibly complimentary of it all. Several of them plan to hold events there themselves after their Villa del Vento experience. The rustic vintage country furniture and decorations of the barn area contrasted beautifully with the classic and classy dining room lounge used by the bridal party for hair and makeup. We don’t know of any other venue that would allow guests to pitch tents and stay the night once the party concludes! Marina and I have no hesitation in recommending Villa del Vento to anyone planning a wedding, anniversary, birthday party or event. It is the perfect place to celebrate!
