   Wasn't terrible, wasn't amazing. When you think of airport food, this is it. At least the coffee didn't cost $10. If you're in Christchurch Airport and want food, this place is good enough. Otherwise, I'd give it a pass.

   I don't know if the customer service lady/batista was just having a bad day, but she was just so rude! No smile, not even a mildly warm greeting! Then, to top it off, we were left waiting for my sons bacon and egg muffin for over 20 minutes! I had to approach the counter and ask where it was! Pretty disappointed to be honest.

   Food was pretty terrible. We ordered a muesli , banana bread, panini, scone and hot drinks. All food, particularly the muesli (which was porridge like) seemed like it had been sitting in the cabinet for sometime. Desperately could have done with a zap in the microwave to freshen it up, had we known this at the time of ordering we would have requested it. They also forgot some food and we had to go up and remind them after 15mins (not during rush period). Unfortunately not that many options in the airport!

   Generally passable - but last two times, milk in Lattes has been near boiling... c'mon guys - I see you using a thermometer - lattes shouldnt burn your tongue on first sip!!

   Another overpriced airport business with microwave heated pies, week old muffins and tasteless coffee. Maybe the problem is that they care as they have guaranteed business as they also serve AirNew Zealand Regional lounge. Staff is juggling between the two from shop and back serving coffee in the lounge and the end result is that neither works.

   Fast and friendly service. Didn't have to wait long for hot drinks despite them being busy. Amazing piping hot chai lattes. Think they deserve a bit of slack from some of the overly negative reviews because they're doing a great job for a busy airport cafe.
