   Poor service/attitude from the staff, took 25minutes to get a coffee even after asking one of the staff to check at 20 minutes, she responded well but on talking to one of the senior staff, they weren’t interested at all, no apology or concern at all. The cafe was not all that busy either. Nice facility & the food looked ok. A big improvement to Customer Service would go a long way!

   We had a lovely lunch, it was busy and the staff, while under the pump, handled everything and everyone really carefully. While one ordered item was forgotten, it was no drama to have it removed from the bill. Excellent service

   I would give the food 3.5 stars. Service was good. They were busy. You need to order and pay at the counter after they seat you. The scones were light and fluffy. The breakfast was okay. Prices were on the expensive side for the portions. There is also a garden centre and a large gift shop with lots of parking.

   Been here twice. Service and environment are both great. The place is spacious and kids friendly with kids menu integrated into a small activity booklet. The waitress brought it to us with crayons for the kids to color in. Both times it took around 25 minutes for food to arrive, this was at busy hour during lunch. The Terra viva wellington I had was good, though the thin sliced chips were not my favorite. Chunky chips from my kids plates were top notch on the other hand! Two kids meals we had were toasty and popcorn chicken. The toasty was unfortunately a bit burnt for our liking, making the toasty difficulty to bite down on and slightly bitter. Popcorn chicken while fried really nicely, it lacked flavoring. Having said that, they were really accommodating as I asked if the sweets in the kids menu could be swapped for something else, we were given more fruit and chips instead of marshmallows and jelly, this was really appreciated.

   Had the most lovely family birthday at Terra Viva the other day. Our server, Jessie, was just spectacular. She was so friendly and patient with our large table, and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Would go back again just for her fantastic service, she is a true treasure to the cafe!

   The food was decent, the cafe was really busy for a Friday morning so likely very popular in the neighborhood. The team were friendly but because it was so busy they kept forgetting r delaying stuff we requested for like cutlery and water .(we had to ask a couple of times to get these ). The team member taking the bill payment did apologies for the delays which was very courteous of her .

   Nice shop and garden center. Cafe, on the other hand, is a bit confusing. Sign on the counter when you walk in states, "Please wait here to be seated." No one was manning that counter, so we went to the food counter and ordered. I'm very confused. Service upon ordering was transactional. Food took awhille. Tables sticky. Coffee was good.

   Had a couple of hours to spare and had a wonderful brunch. Coffee was good that I forgot to take a picture! We had the Potted salmon and Eggs Florentine on white toast with cheese sauce. The food was spot on. No complaints.
