On our last day on Waiheke Island, we stopped by this amazing local coffee spot and were so glad we did. They roast their beans in-house, and the aroma alone draws you in. The coffee was smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. They also offer freshly roasted beans to take home and a great selection of merch. It’s a must-visit for any coffee lover looking for quality and character. A perfect final stop before leaving the island.
Great coffees and i especially enjoy their galettes. There's limited seating but more space outside to sit nearby. Parking can be tricky especially on Saturdays with the nearby market.
Hidden behind a parade of shops. Music from an extensive vinyl collection, with handmade pottery cups and mugs for sale. The distillation of laid back island life in a small welcoming business. Oh, and did I mention that they make very good coffee? Altogether delightful.
The coffee blend here is delicious, served up with diligent care. Cool laid back atmosphere, not many seats but this adds to the cosiness. One medium table with benches and a couple of chairs, a small two-top inside and another outside. Two parking spaces just outside dedicated to the cafe. The brioche is amazing and perfect blend of cinnamon and powered sugar, I’ll be thinking about it all day.
Good vibe starting to return - city coffee prices but of course Oneroa is so pretty on a nice day. Main challenge is to try and refrain from the great NZ gouging habit - save that for the overseas tourists who can afford it! ( esp using Euro, £ or North American $
Amazing coffee. Not too acidic and was perfect as a black or white coffee (tried both). Highly recommended!
The coffee was beautiful. Friendly service. Felt the pride of a professional coffee cafe. The coffee was less acidic, tasted fresh and creamy. Hidden gem in the island. Highly recommended. Had very few car parking spaces allocated. Recommend using the off-road parking.
