   Had the green matcha from them a few times. But there was one time I got it about maybe 3 weeks ago, made me really sick, didn’t think of match that time. But just had another one this morning , I’m getting the same symptoms as last time … same thing for one of my friends. Please make sure your products are not expired.

   Lady at the counter forgot to make my thickshake and took other orders while the shaker was outside, even when there were no customers she started talking to her coworkers. When I finally got my shake it was very watery as if milk was added on the top. if you are going to charge $9.50 for a thickshake at least don't make it taste like chocolate milk.

   Chips were unedible coved in a disgusting amount of salt like theh are cooked fine and the service and seating was good but lower the amount of salt its Salter than the dead sea. 2 stars

   The new chips are awful! The old curly fries were so good, but the new chips are dark brown, dry, and absolutely caked in salt (chicken salt specifically, which wasn't mentioned on the menu). They also have stopped offering most toppings. Very sad. Will have to find a new lunch place on campus unless they change back

   Worst service ever. I have been here on multiple occasions and the service is always the same. Extremely rude. They ran out of seasoning on the chips and there was no compromise or apology.
