Technicians are great at what they do but customer service is seriously lacking. My requests get forgotten about every single time and will go somewhere else for a new fire when needed
Pretty average service to fix a problem. It seems fires nā things technicians are difficult to book in advance, enabling somebody to be home to let them in. The issue became a safety concern, so I choose another supplier to fix the issue.
Enjoyed an awesome customer service and experience with the team from firenthings, Easy process and love our portable outdoor fire. Great for slow cooking and the odd pizza or two. Thanks Emma and team.
Right from the start I found the team at Fires n Things easy to deal with. I loved that they were open at the weekend and easy to communicate with. Their advice and assistance in choosing the best fire for my needs was thorough. The council permit sign off inspector said that the installation was done to a very high standard. Very happy.

Fires n Things did a full replacement log burner for us and it was an easy and stress free exercise. They did all the Council paperwork and we are happy with our new Yunca which is much more fuel efficient than our previous fire, Great team. Thanks
