   Cory Townsend had played football with my nephews and both my sister & I thought it would be refreshing to give a younger agent an opportunity to sell our Mums home. And we are so glad we did as Cory and team did not disappoint. Cory was open, easy to deal with, knowledgeable, up front and caring. And he answered all our questions in a good natured way!! He was patient as we had to move our mum to her serviced apartment before we got her house ready for sale. We took his advice but he was also supportive of the changes we made to make the house more presentable and give it a new lease of life without spending mega bucks. We enjoyed working with Cory and got the result we were hoping for but much more quickly - only 7 days with 12 offers. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cory and the team.
