   Such a great help. We first met Brad's partner Kathryn while we attended an open home. She offered advice, and was open to meeting us at our convenience when it came time to make an offer. Although we weren't successful, we kept in touch with her and she quickly became our favourite agent to work with. She always had great insight and input, but we were not made to feel like any decision wasn't our own. Highly recommended and would seek her out again if we were to buy again.
