   Our experience renting under Kim Greene was frustrating and deeply disappointing. From the moment we moved in, communication was virtually nonexistent. While we were told the bins would arrive late (which we were completely fine with), no one bothered to let us know when they were actually delivered. We had to follow up ourselves just to be told they had already been dropped off. No message, no email, nothing. We also never received a key to the mailbox and weren’t updated about the situation at any point. Our mail sat there for two full months, completely inaccessible, and no effort was made to fix it or even acknowledge it. The most frustrating part came at the end of our tenancy when it was time for our bond refund. Kim did not respond to emails, ignored our voice messages, and failed to provide even the most basic follow-up. We were left in the dark once again, having to chase everything ourselves. We’ve rented before and know what it means to be treated fairly and respectfully as tenants. Sadly, this experience felt careless, unprofessional, and dismissive. Students or not, we deserved better communication and basic decency, and we simply didn’t get it.

   During the tenancy lodge was very reasonable and easy to deal with. However tables turned ending the tenancy and securing our bond was very difficult and a tedious process with overall poor communication from the property manager.

   Positive Experience I am happy to share my Positive Experience with my property manager Zack Cathcart, he is the best among the best property manager that I ever meet.he was amazing and very fast to response to sorts out any issues in the property. Zack ensures a hassle free and worry free Experience.i have never seen before for 11 years of experience renting a property like Zack. I Certainly recommend Zack Cathcart to everyone/anyone your in good hand.

He managed to secure great rental income for our property in a very flooded market. He has made it a very smooth process for my wife and I and we will be using his services with our other rentals aswell.

   From the first appraisal with Zack Cathcart, to having the property leased has all been a pleasant process. Great communication and processes. Everything was undertaken in a timely manner, felt like they made everything understandable for someone letting their first property. Would strongly recommend using Lodge Rentals to anyone looking for a professional property management company.

   We have rented through 4 homes with Lodge Rentals and have never had any issues. Our property manager (Kim Greene) through 3 homes was absolutely lovely and always doing a great job, and our current property manager (Elizabeth Hoole) has been lovely and accomodating since we moved in a few months ago. Would definitely recommend Lodge and the lovely property managers we have had.
