   I had the most amazing landlord Dedicated to looking after the tenants Beautiful homes, loved every moment in the house we called home. Landlord was absolutely brilliant I would definitely recommend Raywhite for housing, if I ever move back to New Zealand I’ll definitely be applying for housing through Raywhite Property Clint Prior had the best communication taught me afew things in life. Raywhite Hamilton property gave me the best experience with having my own space for myself & my daughter. We were more than thankful to be blessed with a good landlord who cares for the tenants & beautiful home.

   Ryan Meecham was my property manager for 1.5 years and was good at communicating and explaining things I didn’t understand/ needed help with for the property. He was also really good at facilitating our exit out of the rental, allowing us to come back and fix things we missed at the end. We will miss having such easy comms and fast service with Ryan and Ray White :)

   Clint Prior took over as property manager of my rental unit in late 2023 and remained in this role until I relocated in September 2025. As someone who rented for over 15 years (and through Ray White Hamilton for 14 of those years), I can easily say that Clint is the best property manager I have ever had. Clint makes a genuine effort to respect the privacy and wellbeing of tenants, ensure that properties are well-maintained, and that improvements/repairs are conducted as quickly as possible and with minimal interruption. His feedback during property inspections was always reasonable and considered. I can say, without hyperbole, that Clint sets an exceptionally high standard that other property managers should aspire to work towards.

   Cameron Glenn has been looking after my property in Hamilton for about 3 years. He was recommended to me and has proven to be very professional and a pleasure to work with. He takes everything in his stride, and I never have to chase him up as he always follows-up. I am the director of an unrelated property management company in Auckland which I have operated for the last 30 years. I don’t say it lightly when I say Cameron is a very good property manager.
