I had been searching for some time as to a reputable property accountant/advisor and happened upon a couple of Ross' videos online. A few points he made hit home so I got in touch for an initial advisory. Safe to say it was money well spent and we were able to flesh out some key questions and scenarios with Ross that I had as yet to find answers for. Highly recommended if you are needing advice, direction or wanting to bounce some questions and scenarios around with someone who has skin in the game and up to date extensive knowledge. I have been following Ross's posts on FB and his blog with great interest. His great knowledge, very helpful and proactive approach convinced me to have a remote consultation although I always preferred face to face meeting. It turned out much easier and better than I expected and saved my time and trip. He shares his spread sheets, together works on your numbers and explains. The system he uses for video call/meeting has very good HD quality and spread sheets looked very clear. I had my one our consultation with Ross from Wellington in July 2019. I meet Ross for a one hour property advisory meeting. Ross provided with a well though out explanation that walked me though the recommended strategies for managing my property. We discussed my first rental property and I received solid straight forward advice from how to manage my accounts, expected returns, costs, expected tax returns, mortgage structure and repayment strategy. Valuable advice that I am glad to have received.
