   Bought my mower less than a month and one of the blades had shared off and the screws for the top had fallen out. I took the mower back in and due to the inconvenience for me leaving it there, one of the staff immediately got to work on it without complaint and replaced the blade, screws, cleaned spark plug and even a bonus topped up the fuel all for free.Top service. Much appreciated.

   This is definitely the best Stihl shop in the area. Garth and his team are really knowledgable and helpful. As a contractor it can sometimes be a hassle getting equipment serviced, but nothing is ever a problem for Howick Stihl shop and I always get my equipment back really fast, often by the the next day. 100% recommended.
