If you want professional no-fuss service this is the place to go. I bought a tracked dumper 6 months ago and the service OMC has given me has been amazing.
We purchased a Honda generator from Campbell and the team at OMC about 4 months ago for backup purposes when we lose mains power - we live rurally. Since then we have had a few power outages and the generator has worked flawlessly using only 1/3 of a tank of petrol for the whole day. We are extremely pleased that Campbell suggested this model for our needs - it works seamlessly, and is very very quiet. We would definitely recommend OMC for your power equipment needs. Pretty ho hum service to be fair. Purchased a brand new Honda mower. First said they couldn't deliver it, then when they did never showed my husband how it worked. No petrol or oil in mower. Yes you read correctly, no oil. Engine seized and they had to replace it. Pleased they did, but pretty average sales and service from a local company with whom we chose to pay more for our mower, rather than another dealer in the Nth Island, who would have been way way cheaper and delivered better service. Wonder where we will buy from next. Oh well you live in learn.

Aaron Johnson has been superb to deal with from the initial enquiry to a onsite test run at our farm (steep razorback land) to make sure the Canycom could cope with our place. His expertise in handling the machine and his very friendly approach made the whole conversation seem like you were talking to a mate who really went out of his way to make sure the Canycom would be the right machine for us. There is no hard sales, just a genuine approach to make sure the fit is a good one. Aaron personally delivered the machine to us and made sure it was all good to go for its maiden voyage. Really appreciated the extra effort and time he spent answering so many questions, all done with a smile and even the test driving was great fun. The Canycom is a fabulous machine and we are really seeing the benefits of a robust, solid, stable and idiot-proof machine to operate here. Its handled everything we've thrown at it so far and keeps impressing me every time I use it. I'm only 5ft 2in and it caters for my size and that of my husband at over 6ft tall. Fully adjustable seating so that even on the steepest of terrain I dont feel like I'm going to fall off or out of the machine. Best purchase so far for our 100acre farm we recently acquired. Super happy with my new Scag Patriot ride-on purchased from Gerry at OMC Power Equipment. Gerry went all out to deliver the mower before Christmas, which was a feat of extraordinary determination and effort on his part. My first job with the mower was an overgrown 1200 sqm section which was quite steep in places. The owner said it hadn't been mown for a few months, which was evident by the amount of grass laying down and new growth which had grown through, probably multiple times. In places the grass was over a metre tall, but it only took a little over 2 hours and 2 passes to get it down to 50mm. The mulching blades (Gerry's idea) on the side-discharge deck finely cut the grass which surprisingly left a small amount of clippings. With every business it is important to partner with suppliers who are going to support and help your business prosper.
