   Hey we visited today where Indian girl is served with full of attitude, I did not see her name, no hello, no thank you, nothing! She wears mangalsutra in her neck as I only see and she is the most oldest employee there as when I asked her to put more salad, she said I can not close as I did asked her not to put all, then that means you need to put others more instead which i don’t asks you to put!!! After that, I think they were doing cleaning and all as all the salads were not in display and not even the sauces!! Ok! And then she did not write which one is spicy and which one is mild as I took it for my daughter, the mild one! My daughter she can not eat and we throw!! That girl is making your reputation low! Pls remove her asap, thanks

   This Subway store was a complete disappointment. The staff member making our subs was unfriendly and incredibly stingy with the salad portions. Even the bread didn’t smell or taste fresh. When we asked for more salad, she completely ignored our request. We ordered sweet chilli sauce, but she gave us BBQ instead , something we only noticed after getting home. We considered calling to give feedback, but based on the poor service we experienced, we doubted they’d care to listen. Having visited many Subway locations across New Zealand, this one was by far the worst in every way.

   Worst subway ever Usually when you walk into a subway store it smells so yummy and nice but this subway didn’t have that restaurant subway smell. which I knew that was a red flag and should have walked out. The bread we got was burnt and when she toasted it it was like eating a hard crispy rock which scraped the insides of our mouths. The filling when I ask to have all salad in my subway she did the very minimal of filling the salads into my subway which I thought she was being very stingy and she also forgot to put in the cucumbers Then I ask for the sauces and she said they don’t have sweet onion and sweet chilli and said they ran out Anyways we had our subway and it just didn’t even taste like subway. The bread was burnt and super super crispy which isn’t a subway bread. It didn’t have the smell of a normal subway. I’m just very disappointed

   Unfortunately, this is the third time our subway is super stale. The bread and lettuce are really stale and the subway is falling apart. The way salad has been added is horrible, it's all clustered in one corner and sauces are all wrong!

   We just ordered 2 footlong online and spoke to the staff named Gujji over the phone as well to make sure they have received the order and just to explain what I meant about my instructions which I added online. Her communication skills and tone is amazing. Thank you so much for following the instructions and perfect fillings and sauces.couldnt even resist eating so had to take a photo of the left over ☺️ Appreciate it

   service is so bad. Manager didn't care about anything. No lettuce. Can't understand a word they are saying. Their is one young girl Ryah , was tryna run the sandwich line an till. She a asset to keep. But get someone els to run this business.

   Quite shocked at the lack of common sense with staff when it comes to hygiene/cross contamination. I had one staff member serving me while another was on the till, she seemed new as she didn't know how to print a receipt, so the lady serving me left to do the till while the staff member on the till came to finish my sub and didn't even change gloves, she went straight from the till and put her hands in the carrots and put them on my sub. Shocked i asked did you just use the same gloves from the till? she looked at me and continued making the sub, the other staff member came over and sent her away but still proceeded to finish making my sub, disgusting! If i had time i would've made them make it again! Very gross please educate staff on proper food handling!!!!!!!!

   Well it's a subway so you pretty much know what it's about... I was the only person in store yet the server still managed to get my order wrong, both in respect of the salads being put onto my wrap and also completely forgeting the second item ordered despite repeating it back to me.

   Poor customer service. Today i went there. There is a Indian girl she serve me she got so much attitude. I am there regular customer. I go there every single week. But now not any more. She don't have manners how ti talk with customer.
