   We popped into store on a family trip few days ago. It's been a very emotional time and I wanted to find something special for my mum, who grew up locally but never had a pounamu pendant of her own. The staff were beyond incredible, spending so much time helping us find the perfect piece and treating us with such care and warmth. They gave us recommendations on how the colour of a particular piece looked with my mum's skin tone and eyes, and helped me find a gorgeous pair of earrings that were just the right length, and matched my pounamu pendant perfectly. I cannot thank you all enough for making it such a special experience.
