I had my energy healing session with Mridu few weeks back. We talked about my expectations from the session and my past traumas. Everything felt so welcoming, I was able to open up like never before. We had an hour long session, extremely emotional. I guess I had lot of emotions stuck inside me and this session helped me to bring them out. Mridu and I talked about the session and it was really spooky the way Mridu shared the images she kept seeing during the session and how they were so similar to what I was seeing during the session. I'm still amazed how these energies work and by her observations. After the session, I felt I am peace, I felt calmer.. I will definitely try the session again.
