   Great people - very efficient and friendly. Rooms are modern and comfortable, proceedure well explained, all details checked, parking is plentiful, and various other facilities nearby if you have come a long way as I did to get refreshments and relax etc.

   Did a first inspection, all the staff were very pleasant and approachable. I think NZ‘s healthcare system is excellent. I'm very lucky to be a NZ citizen. For me, morality is more important than skills. I prefer to entrust myself to ones with moral integrity rather than those with superior skills.

   I was able to see a radiologist immediately when I was only expecting to make an appointment for another day. The actual scan was done with minimal fuss. I understand from my GP that what I paid the for the ultrasound scan I received was less than other providers in our area. All in all a pleasant and calming experience

   I had a horrible experience here last year when I was coming In for an ultrasound regarding my suspected endometriosis. The woman refused to scan me when she said I hadn’t drank enough water so I had to come back again after an hour. She then scanned me and then refused to do an internal scan as I told her I was a virgin (even though I’ve had internal scans before and I’m completely happy to do that especially as I was extremely worried about my reproductive health). She said no I’m not doing an internal scan on you and she apparently spoke to her manager who told her she’s not comfortable doing that either? What kind of professionals are these? So I didn’t even get the full scan that I paid for and needed for my health. She checked what she could on the surface ultrasound and told me I am totally healthy and fine, that there was no cysts in my ovaries and that my pain wasn’t related to anything there. Fast forward a few months later where I see a true professional, I get an operation and GET DIAGNOSED WITH STAGE 2 ENDOMETRIOSIS! Can’t believe that woman and her manager have a job especially in this field. So disappointed, such poor service, experience and just general human regard. It took me this long to write this review because I was traumatised after the appointment when she was rude to me and disregarded my need for proper healthcare. Please don’t come here if you’re looking for genuine professionals.

   I wish i read the review before i book for this branch. Has injected my mum twice, the blood was everywhere Seem unprofessional, asked for chinese translation from the machine during ct scan, we did ct scan in another branch before, the machine work perfectly with chinese instruction like breath in and out, But it hasn't happened this time, with no Chinese instruction, My mum has no idea when to breath in and out nor hold her breath, So finally we are unsure about the quality of the scan. It's a cancer, i don't know what happened but i wish they could treat it more seriously. I still have to pay 1600 By myself while the quality of the scan is unsure, very very disappointed.

   I don't usually write reviews but I think it is important for futures patients who are looking for references about this place. I've been at differents branches of another radiology group and NEVER happend something like this with my first pregnancy. A couple of months ago I had to book an appointment due I was six weeks pregnant and I was bleeding. The man that performed the transvaginal ultrasound spent a few minutes in silence until I said: "there's no heartbeat, isn't it?", and he said "No". Although I knew that it probably happens, I started to cry (of course) and he said to me "oh no no, don't cry, it's NOTHING". I couldn't believe what he said to me, and I said to myself don't cry don't cry but I was feeling devastated. When he pulled out the transducer it was with blood (of course) and he said : "oh too much blood", WHAT DID HE EXPECT? I was there because I was bleeding!!!. And after that I got out of the room and I couldn't stop crying but I didn't want to look at him so I was looking to the main entrance, he came and in the middle of the waiting room he explained the same to my husband, "don't worry, it's nothing, it's better that happened now and blah blah ...". I will never ever come back to the place I swear.  It is the worst place that I've been in my whole life.
