   I’m not satisfied from their service . I went there couple of weeks ago to check my car and have some issue on that I already paid for 75 dollar on that time and next time again I went to there to fix them my cars problem and get me new wof but they just fix them out but didn’t get a wof they said you are Inform us you again book appointment for wof and you again paid 75 dollar for that It’s take a long time and wanna pay for couple of time . I’m not satisfied for their service .

   took my car in a couple times, once for a free scan to check my engine lights. and about a month later to get them fixed when they came back. staff are lovely and it only took a couple hours! would recommend, especially to papamoa locals :)

   Could not fault them, from the friendly Philippa at reception, the gentleman also at reception (might be the owner), to the technicians in the workshop, the service was excellent, friendly, professional and meticulous. I went there to get my break pads changed, they had to machine the disks - not everyone is conscientious enough to do this - and they did a great job. As for the fee, very reasonable considering what they had to do to get the job done. I highly recommend Autoworld Papamoa and will definitely take my vehicles there in the future.
