My wife got dentures from THe Denture man. Paid $5000 and went back 12 times before she gave up. Went to another place in Pukekohe, just one visit and she has been free from problems with her dentures for the last 3 years. She was in tears at times because Roger had an air of infallibility and "he could make dentures in his sleep" Would not recommend
From day 1 we had confidence in Roger. He is very professional and explains everything clearly. We picked up the denture today and it is perfect and fits like a glove.. I would highly recommend him, and his wife is very proficient at her job also. Keep up the good work guys. Thanks John Bell
Unprofessional And Unethical No price list! They don't answer their phone, don't reply to voice messages and the only contact with them is via SMS! I paid $650 for relining my upper plate. It was a total disaster. It was made so tight, that I couldn't remove it without help. It injured my gum, which started bleeding. When I finally managed to get an appointment with Roger, he too had difficulties removing the denture from my mouth. He asked me if I had glue on my gum!!! It turned out that a metal hook, which keeps the plate secure needed to be loosened a little. Still, the denture is uncomfortable and I feel that I wasted my money. The good thing is that I have a brand new one and the old one is just a spare! But I feel for his customers. Poor people!
Unprofessional. Went away in holiday and didn't organise their phone messages and then tried to tell me what my experience was like! Clearly wasn't listening to me which is frustrating and unprofessional. So I wasn't spending any further time or monet on them.
