Great service and cool staff, I asked what I shld get as a sauce on my overloaded pepperoni pizza and the apricot sauce they had said would taste nice was amazing, I even had been given lots of pepperoni on my pizza
Never use again Went on to ask at 3.30p.m to order pizza for delivery at 6 p.m First listed all the things they can not do with server wagging her finger at me. Order must be on line and delivery okay Can not have IMO Cannot have regular pizzas have to be large. Paid fir agreed I would pick up at 6p.m I arrived at 6.02 no pizza ready Waited 15 min told vaguely it is coming ma'me but still no pizza. Gave up waiting returned to where I was meant to be. Will never use pizza hut again. Extremely poor service
Always good, tasty, hot and fresh pizzas. We usually have them delivered as an extra treat, delivery staff are prompt and professional. We love the the San Fran' sourdough bases and the teens like the cheesy stuffed crusts.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pizza Hut in Cambridge, and I feel compelled to share my negative review to warn others. My partner and I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza with a thin and crispy base, but what we received was far from what we expected. When my partner brought the pizza home, we were shocked to discover that it had a deep dish base with an excessively thick crust. It was completely different from what we had ordered. Naturally, I decided to call the store and speak to the manager, a certain Paawan Arora. However, instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a solution, Mr. Arora went on to gaslight me, attempting to convince me that the pizza was indeed thin and crispy. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Mr. Arora had the audacity to blame the humidity in the air for causing the dough to magically triple in size. Such an excuse is preposterous and insulting to customers' intelligence. If humidity could miraculously alter the thickness of pizza crusts, we might as well solve world hunger while we're at it. Undeterred, I persisted in expressing my dissatisfaction with the order. Finally, Mr. Arora reluctantly offered a replacement pizza. However, his assurance that the replacement would be exactly the same thickness as the incorrect pizza I had in front of me was mind-boggling. It was clear that he was either deliberately ignoring the issue or didn't understand the concept of a thin and crispy crust. Furthermore, Mr. Arora directed me to seek a refund via the website, promising that the money would be returned within one day. However, this turned out to be yet another false claim. It took an entire month before I was finally refunded for the incorrect order. Such a delay in rectifying their mistake only added to the frustration and disappointment I experienced. Based on this truly abysmal encounter, I strongly advise anyone in Cambridge to avoid Pizza Hut. Not only did they fail to deliver the correct pizza as ordered, but their customer service was utterly unprofessional. Paawan Arora's attempt to gaslight me and the misleading promises of a prompt refund only served to exacerbate the negative experience. Save yourself the trouble and find an establishment that values its customers and delivers what they promise.
We were just stopping for the night in Cambridge and decided we felt like pizza for our dinner. Ordering and payment instore went ok but we ended up waiting near on an hour for our pizzas and sides. There was no informing us on the wait time. Unfortunately, there was another customer that had been waiting longer than us well over an hour with children in the car. They had come in several times just wanting to know when their pizza would be ready. The customer came back and just wanted a refund cause their food in their car had already gone cold. I was appauled at how the customer was treated they made it so difficult to refund the money and I think it was the owner or manager that did not keep their composure and were super unprofessional. Y'all need to go back to customer service school and re-learn to be decent and have some manners. The customer did not get their pizza and I did not hear an apology to that customer. How about some pizza vouchers for the wait? anyway our food was cold and not worth the wait. Come here if you want to see confused staff that want to fight you you have 2-3 plus hours to wait for your cold kai. Worst pizza hut in the country. You guys don't even deserve a 1 star
