   Used to order from here every Friday night religiously for years. It was my absolute favourite for a Friday night takeaway. The last year or so it has become so bad, worse than old generic pizza chains by far. Not cooked enough, no seasoning, quality of ingredients is poor, as is the quantity they put on the pizza. We even had a few experiences ordering the donuts and they had so little chocolate in them that there were bites with no chocolate inside even though it usually pours out. It’s obvious they’re trying to increase their profit margins by cutting quality, however all that will do is drive their customers away. Really disappointing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first few times until I realised it was a permanent change and I haven’t ordered since. I think they have new owners? All the staff completely changed. Old owners come back!! I want a decent pizza! Update: It was 1 star on food, now it’s 1 star on everything. Photo of their reply below incase common sense urges them to delete it. Case in point. Owners have clearly changed. Professionalism unmatched..

   Pizza was not good at all, worse than Pizza hot, but price relatively high. Taste of Salami was very cheap and spices not balanced, we were hungry but it was so bad that we didn’t finish it and threw away. Do not recommend if you like good pizza. Service was good and people were friendly, but pizza must be tasty on the first place.

   Over the last two or so years the quality has deteriorated notably. This hell outlet used to consistently produce top quality pizzas, however now it's really nothing special at all. However my final ever order was placed today. Admittedly it appears that the real fault was with the online ordering system, butwhen I arrived at the time I'd chosen for collection, it transpired that the order had been cooked 45 minutes prior. So we got handed cold, slightly stale pizza. With nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders. I raised my concerns but no one wanted to do anything about it. This was an order well over $100. So absolutely bottom marks for service. The pizzas were, as predicted, nothing like we expected

   This is supposed too be a double cheese, double ham and double pineapple gf pizza! Extremely disappointed paid $22.00 was not as tasty as either a Pizza Hut, Domino's or Big Poppa's gf Hawaian pizza. Feel totally ripped off. Would have given 0 stars but unable to post without.
