    This is my second Aqua chest freezer the first one leaked water and they could not find the fault so replaced it. This time they are blaming condensation. Said the room was too warm where it is. It is in my pantry and probably one of the coldest rooms in my house. Rung Jalmac but their response said there is nothing they can do. Maybe I go back to Harvey Norman and ask them for a refund was Jalmacs response. .upon asking them a question Jalmac hung up on me. I wrote a response to Jalmac saying I thought it was unprofessional of them. The receptionist replied said she was sorry as she had another call. Some excuse. I would not buy an Acqua freezer again and as for Jalmac not very professional at all
