   This is a review of the customer service I received from Jaime at the front desk, while signing up for the pool @ gym December deal. I can tell Jaime has got a big future ahead of her. From the moment she greeted me as I walked in the automatic doors, until the moment she wished me all the best for my triathlon corporate challenge swim training, she was thorough, clear at communicating, and enthusiastic. I am on holiday, she is at work, but I also work in sales and communications. Jaime is a natural, she made the sign up process easy. She took time to make me feel special, whilst not missing out on explaining the small print of what I am signing up for. You could see by how she treated other people as well that her natural charisma shone through everything she does. She deserves a raise. I can tell why CCC have her on the frontlines, any customer service business would pay big money for her skills and presence. I feel better knowing there are people like Jaime running this country. Her small talk, smiles, technical knowledge, and patience was world class. Thank you Jaime, I look forward to seeing you around at the pool & gym. God bless

   Come here quite often for the pool and other facilities. Staff are always polite and happy, genuinely. Not once have we had a bad experience. Pretty cleaned and tidy here too. The leisure pool has fun interactive experiences for children and adults. Lazy river is small but it’s fairly quiet in the evenings so it doesn’t feel crowded. I hope in the future they are able to extend the spa and sauna as it’s very popular with limited space

   Came to look around the gym based on the council's current $30 promo and Lilli (from the Customer Experience team) was an absolute star. The other council gyms we'd visited had just waved us through independently, which is totally fine, but Lilli went the extra mile, showing us all the equipment, group fitness areas and pools and gave us loads of useful information, which has very much convinced us to join. Thanks again!

   It used to have warm water for children, but now the water is almost cold and the children are shivering in it. It seems intentional, though I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s because they want fewer people, less hassle, less cleaning, and less frequent water changes. Every time I take my children, they end up catching the flu.

   Tumbletimes was really good - more or less free play with access to 'gymnastics' equipment like foam wedges, balance beams, bars, bikes, balls, hulla hoops. Some structured activities that kids can choose to join in with if they want. Good activity for a wet winter's day.

   Hey there, I wanted to share my experience at Pioneer Recreation & Sport Centre with you all. My kids are currently enrolled in the Swim Smart program, and I have to say that the instructors are doing an excellent job. They take great care of each and every kid, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my children are safe and in good hands. One thing I really appreciate about Pioneer Recreation & Sport Centre is that they offer a massive parking area, which is always a plus when you're trying to find a parking spot for your car. Overall, I would definitely recommend Pioneer Recreation & Sport Centre to anyone looking for a top-notch recreation center in Christchurch. The facility offers great programs and services for families, and the staff is attentive and caring towards all visitors. Give it a try if you're in the area!

   Life guards friendly and helpful to the children. Cool little pool to have a paly round for a while. Spa and sauna r great also. They teach swimming lessons here and they also do Gym memberships and packages here as well I think.
