Great service at Hello Sunday, every staff member was smiling which is great for see. The eggs benny with bacon was great - if I'm being particular the poached eggs weren't runny, but I won't hold that against them!
An easy 5 stars. The customer service, food, and ambiance are all exceptional — truly wow! Furbaby-friendly too, which is a big plus. Overall, a fantastic experience and worth every penny. A real hidden gem.
Epic! But go hungry! Buttermilk chicken with blue cheese hollandaise was delicious! And the beef cheek hash - rich with gooey eggs. Little one got fries and bacon and the only negative mark on the table was that the bacon had been on the flat plate too long. Cinnamon and Biscoff scrolls were soft, fluffy and scrumptious. Virgin Mary was great - we didn't do coffees this morning. We left feeling utterly stuffed and not needing to eat for the rest of the day. Great ambience with all the plants and very relaxed. A must go.
Hello Sunday is so good every day of the week! I've been here twice this year, which is also how many times I've been to Christchurch this year lol! The Eggs Benedict is simply fantastic, right up there with the best I have had anywhere. Whenever I am back in Christchurch this cafe is on my "must visit" list, no question! Oh, and great tea as well, thank you (from a non-coffee drinker!).
An absolute must if you are in Christchurch! Would have to appear in my top 3 of all time. The beef cheeks were mind blowing, so rich and moreish. Beautiful building, wonderful staff. Don’t miss a chance to have a stunning brunch.
Loved the vibe, staff are very welcoming and efficient despite the number of customers. Dog friendly. Really warm and cozy inside. We all enjoyed our Caramel Lattes and Cinnamon bun. Thank you.
We went there recently for a dinner with friends. We were impressed by the flavours of their dishes and the generous portion size. The waitress that served us was friendly and attentive too.
Lovely food, a small menu but exquisitely prepared. I am a plant lover it was a highlight. Definitely be returning here.
The overall cost of the food and coffee was a bit high, totaling $40. The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the coffee didn't meet my preferences.
