It would be nice to get what you ordered This was an Uber delivery not the first time they have stuffed up the order but it will be last how hard is it to put yhr correct items in a bag
Staff is really rude with delivery people. They think their father owns that place. It’s high time to understand the owners that Delivery partners runs their 70% of business so brief your staff to be a nice and kind to everyone because they also do their job.
I would like to thank a Filipina employee at McDonald's Hornby for her outstanding service. She wears eye glasses. She maintained her composure, professionalism, and helpfulness despite the busy store and the problems with the kiosks. She handled the problem with patience and elegance, She deserves praise for her professionalism and did a great job.
Awful. Will never return here. A larger older man wearing a grey top was coughing all over the food. Putting his hands on everything from outside the counter like the wet towel they use to clean straight to your fries. Indian women in a grey top also was insufferable, ignored me at the counter for 3 minutes, didn’t say anything not even my total or change. Scoffed as she walked away. Yelling at their staff the whole time, we were in the back of the restaurant and could still hear them yelling. Store was disgusting, floor dirty counter dirty. Forgot things in my order as well as others. Took agessss to make an iced coffee. My order took 6 minutes to come out for ONE COMBO. The chicken nuggets were old, so dry. The buns on my burger were stale. They gave me the wrong McFlurry. And forgot my sauce and chips. Then proceeded to over pour my drink. And scold me for asking if I could have the sauce I paid for. I understand it’s a Saturday and a beautiful day, they wouldn’t want to work. But they were rude, the restaurant was disgusting, the wait was long, my order was wrong, food was awful. And very dear pricing for what I got and the way I was treated. I would have said this to their face if they bothered to come up to the counter to talk to me instead of ignoring me every single time I went up. They were also rude to the doordashers, one didn’t speak English well and the Indian woman said NO WRONG MCDONALDS on the top of her lungs to this poor woman. It’s put me off McDonald’s. The store was borderline empty. No excuses.
Gone downhill recently. Ordered 2 x $4.5 Snack deals, which consists of 2 x 3 piece nuggets, 2 x small fries, 2 x BBQ sauce. Additionally ordered 1 x L Deluxe Cheeseburger combo. Received the DCB combo, 2 x 3 piecenuggets, but only 1 x small fries, and No sauce at all. Drove back around, explained what was missing at both windows, and asked for the contents of the bag to be checked against what I ordered and paid for. Got the bag back, drove out and parked. Open it to see the DCB combo, 4 x small white bags (which i assume to be 2 x fries:2 x nuggets) and 2 x Sweet and sour sauces. Hop out and go inside the store now, asking to swap the 2 x sweet and sour for the 2 x BBQ sauces I ordered. Manager apologised for my having to come inside to get the correct sauce, i said it's OK, go back to the car. Now I discover the contents of 3 x of the small white bags are 3 piece nuggets, and I still only have 1 x small fries. One bite into the DCB and it has 4 x pickles in it. This is very inconsistent with what I receive at other McDonalds locations, as Deluxe CB has no pickles in its recipe. The fries we did receive are also cold and old, and I was the only car in the drive thru both times around. I just couldn't bring myself to go back into the store after failing to receive what I paid for the first AND second time I got my order from the 2nd drive thru window. Lol I dont feel comfortable coming back to this location in future, it has caused me a waste of time and money.
This McDonalds is very dirty. Even if you come here early in the morning it’s always disgusting. The bathrooms are so gross. Don’t think they ever clean this place at all. Can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. Do better
I thought I would treat my son and I too a hot drink each after a nice morning at the park with our pup. Ordered him a large hot chocolate and me a Latte. Got asked to park around the corner to wait. Cool no problem. Cars start queuing behind me waiting for their orders. 5mins later, 2 staff members at separate times come out with 4 drinks that no one appeared to order? No problem, they go back inside. 15mins later, I notice a couple of cars behind me got their drinks, then 2 other cars got theirs too. I ended up going into the restaurant to see what was going on. They all just looked at each other. Long story short I waited 25mins for our drinks. Got mine and it was tasteless warm milk. I went back to hand it in to get another one. No sorry, no nothing just a shrug of the shoulders. Got another latte and tasted like burnt coffee beans. Won’t be going back.
Didn't have what I wanted. (Wanted a sundae) but I did come in at 10pm at night so that might have been my fault. Said the sundae wasn't available not sure if that was because the ice cream machine is broke or they just don't serve them at that time.
I've been here a few times. For some reason, when you order to dine in and table delivery, the staff take 3 times as long to give you your food. I swear you would get it faster by asking for takeaway and waiting by the counter. Atleast two times I've had table delivery, waited 8-10 mins and then have gone to the counter and my order is just sitting there going cold. Also the coffee tastes horrible compared to other macdonalds. Probably need to backflush the machine more regularly and have actual trained baristas. Wasn't able to drink the last 3 long blacks I ordered, so I just stopped buying coffee here.
