   I came into BB&B and was greeted by a young lovely girl. From memory, She had brown hair, blue eyes, stunning makeup and an hour glass tall physique. This girl had lovely customer service, I felt very at home as she showed me where the bathmats were with such grace and poise. She is definitely a hard worker and served me at the cashier with such pace and quick-fast speed. Will most definitely be coming back again :)

   The lady “helping” me reeked of cigarettes, had a completely rude demeanour, and spoke to me like I was a child. I was browsing for a pillow and said I was looking for a memory foam one to help my neck. Then proceeded to tell me “why would that help” I mentioned how my step dad has one and it helped him to my reply “his necks not yours that doesn’t mean anything” both in the most disgusting tone. The whole conversation pretty much went like that, blunt, unhelpful and making me feel horrible! At one point I almost walked right out.

   I work in customer service so I understand how it can be but today was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a store. The lady helping me was completely rude, spoke to me as if I was incompetent and knew nothing. Never going back.
