Waited 45 minutes for my fries. Turns out they forgot them. And then wanted extra money for guacamole after we already paid for it to start with. Would not recommend this place!
Had an amazing lady Joey on Tuesday the 4th of November. She was so accomodating and offers us so many options and was so caring. Was very impressed with her service and I will be back.
After being passively pushed to praise the meal provided from the store owner, had to update. Issues are you are not allowed to leave honest review, do we live in North Korea or some nations where freedom of speech is not allowed. This is not the first time I visited, sorry for being pressured. Had a black bean nachos. Portion is relstively small. Limited selection of salad if customers wish not to strech the wallet. Guess minimum wage raised n post covid hit everyone hard. There is no happy vibe in the store. Won't visit again.
Friendly staff. Food was fresh. Thought it was odd there was only brown rice and not white. The barbacoa is good and the salads were fresh.

Mexicali is typical Mexican quick bite, inexpensive choice of food. You know what you are getting each time. It’s always our first choice if we crave some Mexican take away. Food is always freshly prepared and quite reasonable. Plenty of options from nachos, tacos, burritos, enchiladas and quesadillas. When we first started going there was no choice of any vegan food but staff was always kind enough to make something for us. Now I’m glad to say it’s all part of standard offerings in the menu ! Well done ! You can either take away or dine in. It’s as good as it gets!
Love coming here! Always fresh veges, great price point and fast service. The rewards program meant my meal was free! Good happy hour options and dine in or takeaway available. We had the beef nachos and vege taco bowl. Always love the corn chips that go with my taco bowl.
Fast and easy ordering of wide ranging selection, food preparation, and table servicing. Nice and friendly staff. Not too busy even during lunch hours so there's no queue. Some tables available in the restaurant. Ample parking around. Good food but the nachos was buried with the sauces and not crispy and hence the missing star.
