   Chicken was the worst I have had. Obviously getting close to their closing time because every piece (8) were wings and boney pieces, no meaty fillet bits. Very greasy too and quite Obviously not freshly cooked, nor hot. Very disappointing.

   Appalling wait times for food - 15 minutes for 3 items. 1/3 of the orders that went out during that time were returned with errors, despite staff checking before sending them out. No aioli in my aioli twister. Very poor.

   Just a frustrating and inconsistent store. I’ve been buying from this store for 4 years. Sometimes they have the absolute best chicken and service, other times the chicken is incredibly oily and dry. They never plan correctly so there’s always a ridiculous wait for food around dinner time. Best bet is usually lunch time during the week, but I think they’re trying to run this store way too lean and they can easily make it a great store, but that would need a bit of an adjustment at their approach. KFC Tauranga and Gate Pa are far superior in service, consistency and food quality

   Despite there only being one person who seemed to be managing the counter, preparing and packing the orders they were very professional. It took a moment to get the order but understanding that one person was trying to multitask 7 orders at this time a 10 minute wait wasn’t to bad especially compared to other KFC’s with more staff that can take up to an hour especially if it has a drive thru, meaning they take priority over in store customers.

   Bought a deal with two pieces of chicken received one piece then saw the same dealt advertised on tv with two pieces. They should give you the deal u are supposed to get. Also bought a pump water given big bottle found out same price for a small one no price change so opted for the bigger one. Weird. Not much of a friendly service either.

   Food was cold, ordered a burger and fries combo chips were undercooked. The burger itself was a soggy stale mess. Staff didn’t seem the slightest bit interested in providing good service.

   4 burgers with no lettuce or sauce. Stale bread rolls forgot one of the fries and aioli we ordered. Cashier seemed to be more fried than the chicken. Had better meals out of a back alley skip…
