   My stay at this Motel has been the best I've ever had. The staff aren't just good, they're polite, respectful and so easy to approach. The room was absolutely perfect for rest, relaxation and an enjoyable break from the real world, lol. I highly recommend a stay here.

   After two people took a shower, the hot water stopped running. When I inquired at the reception, they said it would take a few hours for the water to heat up again and that we had already had our showers. The room has a bathtub, but it’s not possible to fill it up enough to soak in. The next morning, the water was only as warm as a coin-operated shower at a campsite. It’s not worth the price.

   This was a real great find. Stayed somewhere different and chose here due to location and a kitchenette. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Staff were super helpful and friendly and it is only a short walk to the shops and a short commute to the city. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip.

   I had such a positive experience. I have arrived early from the airport. The manager quickly arranged an upgraded room for the same cost as the other tenant didn't vacate the room yet. The whole crew of staffs were very friendly and offered a pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy. The room service did a wonderful job during the time of my stay. I would love to visit again. Happy Staying.

   Was fabulous, the staff were super friendly, very helpful and we were upgraded our room. Also received complimentary breakfast. Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we could wish for. Was in perfect location for our needs.

   The apartment was very neat and clean. The customer service staff, in particular Mindy, was very polite and helpful. The motel is near to a lot of eateries that are about 5 mins walk away. Ther countdown supermarket and Westfield Riccarton was a few mins drive away as well.

   Disappointed, we stayed in the past and our experience was good, unfortunately we decided to stay here again and paid for a spa room, the hot water did not work and the reception had no idea when I would return. They promised us a refund because they changed us to a smaller room without a hot tub and the refund was not made. We feel cheated, I do not recommend it and I would never go back!
