   Lovely cheerful cleaning ladies but unfortunately room was not clean when I got there. kitchen bin hadn't been emptied from previous stay nor bathroom cleaned 100% Noone came to the service desk the 3 times i tried to enquire about wifi, the owner was rude, nosey and was definitely not pleasant to hear her yelling at her employees. TV was very temperamental.

   Very handy motel not too far from the Airport. Called them for a booking from Queenstown Airport on a Friday afternoon when our flights got cancelled and we had to drive to ChCh, to get to ChCh airport to get home the next day. The owner stayed up till 10.30 pm waiting for us to arrive and was very friendly and hospitable. Parking right outside the room.

   This place is a lovely place to stay, while not in the heart of Christchurch it is closes to a supermarket and has a number of good restaurants. The breakfasts are great. When checking in you are greeted by a very lovely lady.

   At first glance, the rooms might appear a bit worse for wear. But consider the price. And the customer service was outstanding. So friendly and helpful. We arrived in town during a huge music festival and we were lucky to find a room at all. But the room was really more like a one bedroom apartment with kitchen included. The beds were clean and comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and on a main bus route.

   The owner is passionate, caring, and really accommodating albeit a bit crazy (I mean that lovingly). The room smelled great and was clean. This my fault for not reading clearly, but the room doesn’t have air con and there is no fan. I just came from Antarctica and therefore super hot- maybe it wouldn’t have been a big deal otherwise. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THROUGH A THIRD PARTY- Agoda made things really difficult for the owner and me by overbooking. The location was good for me due to what I needed but it’s a bit far from central. With everything said, I’d stay here again for the owners genuine.

   A last minute booking. Good price. Heater on in room was a nice touch. There was leftover rubbish from others but it was behind a chair so was missed. Beds comfy . A nice touch was having a coffee machine and pods and a couple of biccys each. 2km return walk to local mall Off street parking.

   When me and my wife came to CHCH at first day without any reservation of accommodation and most motels are full, the front lady helped us a lot by switching other reservations to make us stayed for 2 weeks. She and her husband are so kind that helped us a lot in many ways. Of course the rooms are clean and tidy. Also, the accommodation is located in good position for walking people like us to live for a while.

   Absolutely Fabulous Owners. Could not do enough for us. Took the time to explain everything, gave us welcome gift of Chocolates, City map, recommended place to visit and dine. Gave us voucher for discounts to attractions. Room was super clean and spacious. Great cooking facilities. Shall be back

   Great people, great location, great rate. These people went above and beyond when we had previously booked and paid for another hotel in Merivale that was disgusting and we had to leave the day we arrived. We can't thank you enough for putting us up for 6 nights and shuffling other bookings to accommodate our family. Room. Was great, clean, tidy and family friendly :)
