   Lovely motel with clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Pets are allowed and there is a small garden in the back for them. I was really well taken care of here. Will definitely come again

   Never take your dogs there as they don't clean the rooms well enough from previous dogs being there. My dog caught mites being in that motel and is still recovering. The rooms are dirty, the floor is constantly dirty and if your gonna stay there long-term (week/s) the room gets dirty even without trying to. The room i was in smelt like dog piss. Angela is rude and woke me up from a really sick nap just to blame me for my dog pooping / me apparently not picking it up knowing full well there are/were other dogs staying in the other rooms with their owners. If i wasnt in emergency housing i would have NEVER chose this motel as a stay. Not saying im a perfect peach but do be aware.

   Manager, Jasmine and her family are friendly and lovely. Very helpful. Rooms are incredibly warm and comfortable. In response to a recent review, I have been here for 6 weeks, and the bunnies are not left outside in the heat. And the cat is put into an enclosure at night and if is in it during the day, it's because she's receiving medications and needs to be monitored due to injuries from cat fights. The Rabbits are in a shed with room to to move around. They were in cages due to there being dogs that were trying to kill them. Their owners are doing everything they can to keep their animals safe.

   I have been living here in emergency housing for the last 7 months and have had an awesome time here. Jasmine has been amazing she has always got me things that I have needed. Thanks to Angela for letting me have my dog here and very approachable would highly recommend staying here very friendly staff and so handy to riccarton mall. Thanks guys for having us

   Had the most wonderful stay here for the last eleven days, with the last one on it's way. The staff are wonderful, the motel room itself is extremely comfortable and very well looked after. The facilities are breathtaking. I have enjoyed my time here, only I'm deeply disappointed to say farewell to the place. It's been wonderful to stay here for the time I've had. I'm gutted to leave. I would never think twice about staying here again if it ever presented itself again. I would certainly highly recommend if your looking for somewhere to stay, please stay here, you will not be disappointed in anyway. Thanks for the time I stayed with you.

   It was a dive, half the photos on the website are not at all what it was false advertising. We had a bed that was so uncomfortable that it was more comfortable to sleep on the floor which we did. There was a sticking plaster beside the smoke alarm, half the lights didn't work and no TV in the room. It was freezing and there were no blankets in the closet. Any normal thing you get at a place you stay was not there. We moved out and went somewhere else so we could sleep before traveling home.
