Have been corys more than 5 years. Have always been happy with their warm welcome and support, regarding the product pricing and excellent service! Recently been working with their Chinese staff Cindy closely and got great results on the project!

I've just experienced fantastic service from Colin at Cory's head office. He spent 20 mins fixing a broken lamp fitting showing a great deal of patience as the part was extremely tricky to access. It wasn't a chargeable piece of work, so really grateful for your help and kind and courteous manner. Cheers Colin!
Terrible customer service. Head to Ideal Electrical over the road, way more professional and great customer service. Will be boycotting Cory's Mt Eden and telling all the boys.
Really bad customer service from the staff at mt eden branch. You stand in line for service but the staff pretend they don’t see you...... main culprit is Calum and Frankie. They are border line rascists. I have been a Cory’s customer for the past ten years and I avoid going to mt eden branch because of Frankie. Callum is learning Frankie’s bad qualities. I never have any issues at any other Cory’s branch from central north island to northland. It’s a shame that a couple of staff members ( at your main branch/ head office at that) give Cory’s a bad name. Frankie is power hungry and loves to feed his ego by talking down to people just because they are different nationality. Callum is almost the same. Also not to mention they also treat their colleagues the same....... they abused the new guy in front of customers. He was trying his best but instead of helping him they just called him stupid and put him down. I ended up helping him as no one should be treated like that especially by senior staff. I have never written a review before but I feel like people should boycott mt eden branch
Had bad experience from this branch. I was next in-line and Collin from Mt. Eden branch was serving the counter. I was there in front of him but he did not assist me. Instead he assisted the customer who JUST CAME(when I was there 10mins earlier and I was in-line too!). I waited. Then he left the counter after assisting the person who JUST ARRIVED as if he did not see me waiting for him. I love the PENROSE branch much more tbh.
Very knowledgeable service from these guys. If they don't have it they will definitely be sold to find it. Prices good as well.
