   This place has gone downhill massively since the new owners took over. Taste isn't the same, portion sizes are much smaller, service is terrible...nothing but some grumpy guy handing over a souvlaki with 2 pieces of chicken. DONT bother with the kebab meal special, it says it comes with mushrooms but it doesn't. This used to be our go to place but not anymore.

I've ordered from here several times (often via delivery) and they consistently deliver on flavor and portion size. The souvlakis are generously packed with a good amount of meat, fresh vegetables, and flavorful sauces. I usually go for the Chicken Souvlaki, and it's always tasty and filling. The pita bread is unique and folds nicely, unlike the standard cone shape. The "Meat on Chips" is also a popular and substantial option, perfect for a hearty takeaway meal. The ingredients taste fresh, and the balance of sauce and salad is generally spot-on. As it's primarily a fast-food/takeaway spot, the atmosphere is casual. Service is quick and friendly, though wait times can sometimes be a bit long during peak popular hours due to their popularity. It's a great spot to grab food and go, especially with their late opening hours.

   $7 for good size chips? No way, the bags were so small. My souvlaki was small for the price. Tasted okish but way over priced. Just time trying, should have stuck to our usual place.

   This place is an absolute gem! The flavours are spot on — juicy meat, fresh salad, and that garlic sauce is next level. You can tell everything’s made with care, not rushed. Always consistent and the staff are good sorts too. Easily one of my go-to spots in Christchurch for a proper feed that actually satisfies.

   We’ve never actually been to the restaurant — just going off the Uber Eats experience here. Hence why the atmosphere is down as we haven’t experienced it. But the food? Spot on every time!! It always arrives hot, fresh, and ridiculously tasty. My husband’s super fussy with souvlaki, but after his first extra-large lamb souvlaki, he was officially converted. I had the Schwarma last weekend — packed with chicken and BBQ sauce, definitely not shy on the fillings. So tasty!!! I was disappointed when I finished it. The jalapeño bites are a favourite too — crunchy, cheesy, and with a proper kick. We’ve ordered maybe four weeks in a row now (don’t judge me, full-time job, low energy, great takeaway), and it’s been consistently good every time. The prices are good too $20.99 for a large souvlaki and you just add stuff into it if you want. Obviously costing a little bit more - but still really good value for money. And they have a buy one get one free at the moment with jalapeño bites!! Haha perfect for me. No complaints here — Souvlaki Licious is locked into the regular rotation!!!!! We WILL be back.

   the chips were nice but I had no salad or humus in my souvlaki and it was so badly wrapped that the whole thing spilled out onto the floor when I went to eat it. I will never go back and I would give it zero stars if I could. waste of money.

   The guys serving were good fellas but honestly who puts salad in a large meat in chips for $5 extra with no more meat and chips than the small. The meat was tough and honestly the chicken was chewy and just bad. Chips were run of a mill. Sorry fellas won’t be coming back

   This place needs to be checked by authorities, the food they serve is nothing like they have advertised it's old nothing is fresh and the workers alone are disrespectful and rude he had only been working there for 5months and nothing of customers service which was null and void after spending Abit of money I wouldn't even rate them No stars!!!!? , I definitely wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to get food poisoning.

   Bloody delicious and great value! Got the lge chicken combo for $18. The souvlaki was med spicy and was perfect for me. Heaps of chicken and a decent amount of spice. Also got a good size portion of chips. Awesome first experience!

   Great meal that I got for $20.50 See the photo. I was needing a good meal and this was perfect. Vegetables were fresh, meal was well cooked and great tasting sauces. A small place but it is obvious they know how to cook. Nice flavored sauces also. Car parking is right outside if you are lucky. Otherwise just up the road. Be careful on Cranford Street because the cars come quickly through the intersection and both directions.
