   I had a fantastic experience with Spa World Christchurch. Britney Parker was an excellent salesperson — friendly, knowledgeable, and really knew her stuff. I absolutely love my new spa! The delivery went perfectly, even though it was a tricky spot to access. Spa World arranged everything and handled it all seamlessly. Communication was great throughout, and their customer support has been excellent. I’m delighted with the spa and would definitely recommend Spa World to anyone considering buying one.

   A spa pool has been on our wish list for a while and we did plenty of research before we purchased. We could not be more thrilled with our Fisher 6. It is excellent in every aspect; high quality, easy to use and maintain, super comfortable and we know we made the perfect choice for us. The lighting is fabulous at night!! Britney was superb, she was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful but never pushy. The whole experience with Spa world, including installation, has been first class. We would recommend them without reservation.

   My husband and I treated ourselves to a new spa pool we were very overwhelmed by the selection and all the spa places!! Britney at the chch branch was awesome she only showed us spas that meet the criteria we wanted to save us a whole lot of unnecessary time. She was awesome throwing in an awesome package that ment our new spa was great for entertaining our family of 5 and also throwing in a booster for our wee son which we never even thought of!! From picking our spa and paying it was delivered and set up within the week!!

   I bought a VORTEX MERCURY Spa from Spa World Christchurch and I am very happy with my purchase. They have a wide range of spa pools, swim spas and jacuzzi spas from leading brands like Jacuzzi and Vortex. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the best spa for me and explained the features and benefits of each spa. The delivery and installation were smooth and professional. They set up the spa quickly and efficiently, and showed me how to use it. They also followed up with me after the installation to make sure everything was working well. The spa itself is amazing. It is very comfortable, relaxing and easy to use. It has two luxurious loungers with foot massage jets, a neck and shoulder therapy seat with downward facing jets, and individual seat pressure controls with EzyGrip handles. It also has Hydroflow stainless steel jets, Hydroglow backlit jets and topside controls, and Purezone automatic water care system. The spa also has a tranquil water feature and an aromatherapy function. I highly recommend Spa World Christchurch to anyone looking for a quality spa pool or swim spa at a competitive price.

   Fantastic service from Hamish at SpaWorld in Christchurch. Super helpful and answered all our questions from our initial landscaping phase right through purchase and delivery - which happened on time and flawlessly - thanks Frank! The communication was awesome from the whole team. We never felt pressured to buy until we were ready unlike the first large spa retailer we went in to see. We bought a Cobalt Avante, once the extra value was explained it made sense and we are so happy we did! It builds family time together and we love it! Thanks again Hamish.

   We purchased a SPA in May this year, we originally only went into SPA World in Christchurch to look at Pergolas's as we had already decided on buying a Hot Springs Spa. Britney was fantastic, we placed an order for a Pergola and ultimately ended up buying a Jacuzzi J475 SPA to go with it.... this only happened due to the exceptional customer service. We are very happy customers and the spa is great
