   Today we had Esther and Lucy pierce my 6 year old daughter’s ears and I cannot recommend them enough. Their professionalism and making my daughter feel comfortable was amazing the quality and precision is incredible Thank you so much we are both very happy :)

   I visited the Lovisa store in Riccarton with my sister yesterday, and while we had a generally good experience, there were a few points that left us disappointed. We made a purchase of two gold items, along with a few other pieces, and we were unaware that there was an ongoing promotion of "Buy two, get the third free." It wasn’t until we were walking out of the store and discussing our purchases that we realized we could have benefited from this offer. Naturally, we returned to the counter to clarify and inquire about the promotion.To our surprise, the customer service representative explained that it was not possible to adjust the transaction, as the refund process would take 4-5 days and was quite lengthy. While I do understand that refunds and transactions can take time, I do feel it would have been helpful if the staff had mentioned this promotion at checkout, especially considering we were purchasing multiple items. A simple reminder would have made a big difference, as we would have gladly taken advantage of the offer.Overall, we left feeling quite disappointed, as the lack of communication felt like an oversight that impacted the overall customer experience. It would be appreciated if the team could make an effort to mention such promotions when completing purchases to ensure customers don’t miss out on potential savings.

   Spent 48 dollars on 2 sets kids hair clips and a nose stud got home and opened it every single bloody thing has broken nose stuff broke as soon as I took it out if packet and same with the pom pom hair clips and the only one hair clip out if the pack of 5 is still OK!!!!!!

   I bought a hair claw from them a week ago and right after I got home it was broken. What a poor quality! When I tried to pay by card they told me their machine has down so I paid cash and left without receipt. I don’t go to riccarton often so I went to Hornby branch to let them swap one for me and they said they need receipt. Fair enough. Then I tried to call the riccarton store forever just nobody answer at all! I went back to Hornby branch they said they will give a call and get back to me. But after a week I heard nothing from them. So when I back to Hornby I went there for the update they told me they couldn’t find my receipt. I told them the date and time I shopped in the mall which was really easy to locate my receipt but they just couldn’t find? The staff told me I could just purchase another one? I’m so disappointed. Apparently I don’t have enough money to let them to waste and I cherish everything I have picked and purchased. I will never ever go back again.
