   My daughter and myself were in Silvermoon Riccarton today around after 4pm. My daughter asked one of the salesperson the price of a pair of earrings and if the shop has a solid gold available on that style. Then the salesperson answered my daughter this way: “the price of the solid gold earrings is more than $1,000. Is it within your budget? Can you afford it?”. My daughter was so upset of how she replied. Is that how you talk to your customers just because my daughter was dressed up ruggedly and she is young? You don’t judge your customers on how they look & dressed up and you dont talk to customers like that. This is a very upsetting experience. The management needs to talk to her as her behaviour is not acceptable and she needs further training. By the way, she is the tall girl with an accent.

   Got my jewelry cleaned here as it was a complimentary service. I've spent quite a bit of money at silvermoon and I love the retail store. however after receiving the jewelry back it didnt look like anything was cleaned. As i had compared it to my pandora bracelet which was cleaned and was pristine. I took it home and did a cleaning myself and all of this dirt was still stuck in the jewelry! overall im disappointed.

   Wasnt sure what to get my mum for christmas but Ahna was extremely patient with me even though they were extra busy during the christmas period. She also gave me a couple of gift options to choose from that's within my budget. Mum loved the gift so thanks Ahna! 10/10 would recommend Ahna for her friendly professional service.

   I ordered and paid for a rather expensive piece of jewellery, they weren't in stock, so they ordered it in. Said it would take a week. Thats fine, two weeks later...(never heard of a courier only delivering on a Thursday and Saturday like she said) it arrived and asked what box I could pick for it to come in, oh no they don't come in a box, you have to pay for that. Spending over $200 on something from a jewellery shop, you would expect a box! Instead you get a little red bag. Not very nice when you're giving as a gift!
