   Lovely customer service and great vibes! Unfortunately, we did find hair in the cheese, which was disappointing and sad - but mistakes happen. It’d be great to see stricter hygiene checks in place when preparing food especially as paying customers.

   I ordered a large frozen raspberry coke mcfloat, and I got a large coke, not fully filled, and there was a drop of ice cream. When it was given, it was all melted and didn't resemble an raspberry frozen coke. I am devasted because I did not get receive my moneys worth. Don't come to McDonalds royal oak, it's not worth it.

   It wasn’t even full and I had to wait 10 min for a simple meal. When they called my number they gave me the wrong food. So they called the number and gave me a different number. The Fries were completely raw and with no salt. For my quarter pounder bacon & crispy onions they forgot the bacon and there were like 4 little roasted onion pieces. After I got a new one the cheese wasn’t melted at all. It was raw cold cheese out of the box. They even missed the burger and everything was just flying around in they box. The bacon was more like ham and totally uncooked. Even the coke didn’t taste good. I don’t know how it’s possible to mess up the coke somehow they did. I could overlook the raw fries and the coke but it’s ridiculous to mess up a burger twice. If you can call that a burger. Totally wasn’t worth the money.

   I usually enjoy coming to this branch however today my fuse tea tasted watered down with majority of the cup full of ice, and my NYC bagel was barely wrapped in the paper. When we got it from the bag it was half out of its wrapping. Looked like they didn’t even try to wrap it up at all?

   yes this is right that you shouldn't expect a good meal or high quality service from a McDonald's store! But this one is even worse than other McDonald's that I have seen. I ordered a cheeseburger and waited for 20 minutes to get an awful and cold sandwich, The venue is dirty and messy. I was there for half an hour and no one bothered themselves to wipe the dirty tables. On the upside they have a salon and playground upstairs where you can entertain your little ones.

   Very horrible experience can i say, first off the tables were extremely messy like they weren't cleaned for months so it was difficult to find a seat, second why'd it take like 25 minutes to get a 6 piece chicken nuggets and you guys weren't even busy at all i mean i see why you guys weren't busy who would wanna go to a Mc Donald like that it was a deplorable experience can i say. Lastly there was girls that got punched and workers did not care like it is your duty to prevent things like that from occurring which is tremendously negligent and frankly it was an overall horrid atmosphere the food was very dry, it wasn't fresh at all.

   Please hire Perdy again her customer service skills were delightful. The way she flips the patties was truly mesmerising, it felt like watching a chef create a masterpiece. Her professional yet friendly attitude made me feel like I was at a Michelin star restaurant. I foamed at the mouth at the sight of the burger she created me. Will be coming back when she is hired again, she was my new best friend and now I never see her.
