    We visited Wendy’s Royal Oak for the first time and ordered the 100% NZ beef sandwiches. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The beef was undercooked, the sandwich was cold, and the fries were cold and stale. Overall, the food quality was not acceptable. What made it worse was how quickly the food arrived — almost immediately after we sat down — which made it seem like the food had been prepared earlier rather than fresh. Sadly, this first visit was also our last due to this negative experience.

    Been through this Wendy’s ever since high school in 2000 and this place is always good ! Just disappointed tonight with the drinks. Went through drive through. No ice and didn’t tell us before hand, got the drinks and all Flat ! Cole flat and fizz refresher flat. Couldn’t do much about he gave us the drinks and we got home and we ended up drinking our own from the fridge !

    Clean and tidy place. Staff were attentive and friendly. I was asked to take a seat and a staff member brought the food to me. Not a very common thing in fast food restaurants but I felt welcome. Food was freshly prepared and was nice.

    Admittedly it was after 9PM when we arrived but the place was clean and the service was great. The drive through was doing a roaring trade so they were quite busy. Still we received our orders in good time and took them home to eat. Burgers were good but the chips were a bit cold and the parfaits were delicious.

    Is alright. Got a medium combo and the drink was huge. Ingredients are a bit better than mcdonalds otherwise not a big difference in the food. A lil more pricey

    Yes, I know it's a fast food joint. The service was pretty average, and the food was...just ok. my salad had freezer burn, so they might want to QC on a daily basis before sending out their food. On the plus side, their bathroom was above average in cleanliness for a fast food place. pleasantly surprised.
