   Josh’s guidance during the pre‑sale process was exceptional: never pushy, always informative. His post‑sale communication and support have also been great. The installation team did an excellent job as well—professional, careful, and efficient. We’re really happy with how smoothly everything went. Our spa was scheduled for delivery during part of a renovation, and the Alpine team were very accommodating in shifting dates around to make everything work seamlessly. Great communication at all times. Stoked with the spa and service and support from Alpine. We would highly recommend the Alpine team for supplying the right spa for your needs.

We recently purchased a new spa—an upgraded version of the one we previously owned—as well as a sauna. Both are excellent quality and have already become much-loved additions to our home.    We recently purchased a Bullfrog spa and sauna from Alpine Spas and the service from Monika and the entire Alpine Spas team has been nothing short of exceptional. The experience has been outstanding not only during the sales process but also through their aftercare and support. Our spa unfortunately arrived with some cosmetic damage caused by a delivery contractor, but Alpine Spas immediately stepped in to help. They were proactive, supportive and genuinely committed to getting everything sorted so we could start enjoying the spa as soon as possible. Their follow-up and level of service are among the best I’ve experienced from any retailer. The quality of their products is also top tier. Very happy with our wood fired hot tub, heats up super quick, amazing to soak under stars and moon. Still hot for early morning soaks. Pleased with our purchase.
