Very disappointed in the product, a $10,000 spa pool stops working one month outside of the 12 month warranty & I got charged a service fee to tell me is will cost 1/3rd of the purchase price to buy replacement parts which should fix the problem. (if they can source them). Will the new parts also only last 13 months? Not happy. Read the fine print if it's on sale or a special.
