   Just had horrible customer service from a younger lady in glasses, I had the wrong type of bones for my pup and instead of advising me I was wrong in a nice manner she was very blunt and not very helpful, also was not friendly at all with customer service. Never wrote a google review until today, hire friendly staff in the future please

   Just want to say am so grateful for Wendy who was on who helped me navigate new kittens having fleas. She chatted with me for about half an hour and answered my millions of questions and then gave me a discount plus a wee new kitten goody bag. I’m so grateful for her help and really hope she can read this and know how thankful I am!!

   It was a terrible shopping experience. We are regular customers here and often buy a lot of things for our cat here. This time, we bought more than 200 dollars, the saleswoman told us that the machine was broken and we could not get a 15% discount, which was not our fault, and her colleagues were willing to help her. She was very rude to us while we were waiting. We said thank you very politely to her, but she still treated us badly. I didn't expect to be treated like this. I don't think we'll be here again.

   Great place. Helpful staff. Good selection of products. I was after food. I was looking and comparing for a while. I didn't get any help. There was a rep there taking count of stock for the shop, and she did not even talk to me, even when I picked up the products that were on the label of her jacket. I read and reread information and made my own informed decision. At the checkout, the staff member introduced me to their loyalty program, which I joined for a discount on food. I had my girl with me on lead, and she was made very welcome. I live very close to this store, luckily. Bit peeved off that the sales representative was not in the least interested in the very people that make her job available by purchasing her products.

   Absolutely excellent service from the team, beautiful healthy fish and animals highly recommended! EDIT - sorry but it’s disheartening coming in to buy fish being knowledgeable on them myself then being told tanks are too small or this fish won’t go with that, I understand for amateur and first time fish keepers, but please do not undermine people who have kept fish for years. Puts you off and doesn’t make you want to buy any.

   The team is always so very helpful and friendly. It really breaks my heart to give this shop a poor review as the staff deserves so much better. The experience of shopping here as of late has been that they have been very short on stock - dog food in particular. The products are also very overpriced, unfortunately. It is an otherwise good store. Despite these issues, I tend to go back simply because of how great the staff members are and because of the location.
