Not a great experience here. The parcel eventually made it to the destination after 10 working days (not the 3-5 days stated on the website) but despite telephone contact with the recipient and confirmation of the house address, it was not actually delivered to her. She happened to pop into the post office to enquire, and found it sitting there waiting for her to collect it. Also because of customs requirements, we had to take the parcel physically into the depot and for the time spent typing the info into the computer and putting tape and a label on the box I supplied, we had to pay $50 extra. Could have sent it with NZ Post and it would have cost about the same in the end. Lesson learned!
I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and speed at which I was able to retrieve my tablet which I left on a flight from Christchurch to Hamilton. The item ended up back in Christchurch and with the help of Air NZ staff, located, numbered and Pack & Send were recommended as they know the process well, having carried out this work regularly. I was ever so grateful and highly recommend this courier company.
The guys working were nice and helpful. But I spent $88 for an overnight package where I had to then drive it to the place that they use to do the service (at the airport), who then quoted me $26.50 for the exact same thing. I understand that you can't reveal how your business is run, but give a guy a discount if he has to do your job for you. For clarity, I got to Pack and Send at 4pm, which is usually when their van picks up the packages for the airport. So I missed it and then had to drive. Nothing against the guys working there, they seemed friendly enough.
They picked up my framed paintings the next day, after a very polite and thorough talk over the phone to discuss shipping options. Emily, the receptionist was extremely helpful and honest when giving advice on costs and services which was very useful. The tracking number was sent to me right away after the shipping was sorted. My framed paintings were properly packed and boxed, and fragile note was placed on the box for careful handling. Overall my experience with Pack & Send Riccarton was an easy and safe one that I highly recommend. Cheers guys xx

Very disappointing experience with this company. I was promised overnight delivery for a phone that is critical to my business and community service role - five days later, I am still waiting for information on whether it has been dispatched. I have been told three times someone will get back to me with an update, and no subsequent follow-up. Pack & Send today is no longer answering the phone! This is the most frustrating and stressful customer service experience I have had for a long time.

These people are phenomenal. I sent a box of my rancid cycling gear from an Alps to Ocean ride and they didn't bat an eye. They were able to get my tools, clothes, and shoes in one box. It arrived two days after I left the store at my home in Oregon. Incredible service.
