    Tamara was very kind and helpful, genuinely looking options with great attention and trying to save us every dollar. I would say simply superb and excellent customer service with satisfaction to the best. She kept following us even after hours of her job and helped us to finalise ticket. She is best I had talked to, as I talked to a guy in Riccarton and he was very rude, thought to call northland and found Tamara very helpful, can’t say more but thank you very much

    1:22 PM 30th May 2025 No thanks you had opportunity on your first go; I am now have gone to your competition. It wasn't busy when I went as well. I didn't have to wait in line. 30th May 2025 Went in the other day. Rep didn't even offer a business card. Just said come back in July or August. If you want my business form relationships. Your website doesn't even show your travel agents on your website

    Ritesh at the currency exchange counter was very helpful. Great customer service, asked how my day was and completed the transaction quickly and professionally. I exchange currency every month so will definitely be coming back . Great job and highly recommend.

    Avoid booking through Gon Vega. Poor communication and no attention to detail. Used Gon at FC to make it easier to book our holiday but it ended up being more work than if we booked it ourselves. Asked three times for the payment details and was never given them. Was then told our payment was overdue and we risked losing our booking. Still had to ask twice for the link to pay by credit card. Once overseas we realised he’d booked our transfer on the wrong date. Names spelt incorrectly, wrong details given to accommodation. One of the resorts was trying to get hold of us but all messages were going to Expedia which Gon had used to book so we had no idea they were trying to contact us. Overall a rubbish experience and I would recommend booking anywhere but here. Cheers for the headache and I hope you get better at doing your job.

    Lou Mckay is my travel agent and she is absolutely amazing. She helped me book my first flights in person then I needed to book more while still in Europe and she was replying to my emails super fast and was so helpful despite the long distance and time difference. She changed my flights too so easily as I booked the wrong dates. I feel so stressfree to book with flight centre. Such a big help when traveling overseas. Highly recommend it.

    Last year we booked through Flight Centre, and tried in vain to contact anyone about a small issue we had while travelling. We could not get through at all. This year I wanted to book a holiday, and went to the store twice. I was given an email address by Andrew (the manager?) which was wrong. Tamara who we used last time was away for 3 weeks, with no one seemly looking after her clients. They do not answer their phones AT ALL or emails. We gave up trying. As someone else remarked, the Covid excuse no longer washes. I contacted House Of Travel, their phone was answered, email was replied to immediately, tickets booked and paid for that day. $9000 booking. Don't waste your time, go to House Of Travel or anyone else.

    At first we got some good flights with very low travel times (basically the only reason we chose to do it through an agent) until it was canceled, it took our travel agent 2 weeks to even get back to us, we even had to physically go to the store just to hear from him. So 2 days before flying out we finally got our new flights.. travel times had doubled!! Im shocked that it took two whole weeks to even get back in contact. Very stressful ordeal. Will not be using flight centre again
