   From the first time I sat down with Neroli to discuss my trip to India, I knew that she was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. A wonderful sense of humor, nothing was to much trouble for her. Exacting with all details, and given options on hotels, and insurances not once did I feel pressured or obligated.    Right from the initial contact Neroli was amazing at listening to what we were looking for in a holiday and offering different options. Once our destination was decided Neroli then organised all the bookings - flights, transfers and accommodation plus options for activities for our family holiday for six to Bali.
