   I enjoyed my reflexology treatment with Parris. He was very knowledgable, knew all the pressure points & explained which one was what. Felt very relaxed after. Only negative, I like to be sitting in a lazyboy chair for this treatment.

   I was experiencing some tension and headaches, so I booked a deep tissue massage for neck and shoulders with Parris. He was very thorough during the session and gave some tips on how to prevent tension in the future. I've been sleeping a lot better since the massage and feel way more relaxed in general!

   Was not impressed at all, had to keep telling the therapist to massage harder and deeper he didn’t for the price you pay I’m not happy when I didn’t get what I wanted and he talked the whole time, definitely won’t be going back!
