Honestly the service I received today was top! Considering that they were super busy and I only saw you people on staff. Store was immaculate, all containers were topped up, and they still had the energy to greet me with a smile and treat me well. Keep up the good work.
Went into Bethlehem subway I ordered a foot long the amount of filling was ideal for a 6 inch very disappointing papamoa subway best in the franchise and friendly staff
I'm disappointed with my recent experience at Subway today. I came in expecting to try their new promotion that was advertised, but the staff seemed completely unaware of it. It's frustrating when promotions are publicly offered but the team at the store has no idea how to honor them. This reflects poorly on both the training and communication within the company. I hope Subway can improve how they inform their staff about ongoing promotions so customers donβt leave feeling confused or let down.

Sorry two days in one week this subway store let us down for collection on time for a catering order made via the app well over 2 hours before it was due for collection. We order catering regularly from Subway all over NZ and have never had any problem from any other store. Something is wrong here.
Ordered a sub and two 500ml cans of V on uber eats, and they gave me 2 350ml bottles and some nasty cookies. 2nd time this has happened. Step your game up >:C
Poor customer service. Painfully slow at making the subs, no smile or charisma from staff. The vibe felt incredibly depressing. Didnβt bother to change gloves between touching meat and veges??? Wonβt come back
Absolutely rubbish, ordered two subs that were different. They gave us two exactly the same. I have dietary issues so order different to my partner. So of course it was mine that was wrong. Tried ringing restaurant 10 minutes leading to them closing as we wouldn't have driven back in time. Didn't pick up the phone once. Thanks Subway Bethlehem.
Absolutely shocking, I was the only customer and it took 15mins to make two footlongs. Bread tasted stale and sandwiches were cold even though toasted, neither of them were marked and when opened up couldn't even tell what was what. One was a classic chicken and the other Italian bmt, bmt was missing ingredients that come in it. Sandwiches were also not wrapped properly and had salads and sauce falling out the sides of the wrapper. 15mins to make 2 footloose and I was the only customer is Absolutely shocking. Ended up going in the bin cause it was too hard to chew or eat
Wow, go the team at subway Bethlehem. Not only was my order fresh, it was a quick pickup and back to work wasting no time at all. Meat Feast Platter was delicious and cookies were a nice touch for my team. Thank you and letβs do this again!
