Food delicious and convenient as always, but the staff looked like they really didn't want to be there. Give us a smile sometime, you might make someone's day.
Possibly the worst subway in nz. First time i went there after waiting for abit the guy comes out and says hes not making me a sub because its his smoko break, went there today and there was no bread to make a sub,terrible manners i feel giving this place 1 star is too much
Terrible!!! I go here often because I live right next door. The standards have dropped dramatically! Itβs was only lunch time and they had no mozzarella or carrot. Dirty and terrible experience.
Rude staff both at subway and petrol station. Couldn't clearly understand what the staff were saying they spoke to fast we had to ask 1 lady to please repeat herself 3x and still didn't know what she was saying. Flies all over the counter and in food cabinet. Edges of salami ham and other meat dried out different color because it was so old. Disgusting would never go back or recommend anyone to buy from there.
Failing to meet legal requirements for any stores selling food to have publicly accessible toilets, no attempt even made to rectify this issue and poor customer service from the staff. This is not good enough and as a small business owner myself this is unacceptable, I will be filing a formal complaint with the commerce commission.
Have been going here for months and only just realised that there prices in the shop are more expensive than the app. When confronted the owners she blamed subway corporate so I called them and they stated that the franchisee is responsible for updating the prices. They said they would get the owner to call me. No call as yet. The prices are up to $2:50 in difference !!!!! They are making heaps of extra money at customers expense. The STAFF are brillant and super friendly just a shame the owner wants to over charge regulars. I am about to also lodge a complaint with the commerce commission about this practice. If you are going to get subway from here pay for it on the app that way you pay the correct price.
