   The older miserable woman who works here doesn't deserve a job. Second time I have dealt with her rudeness. I wouldn't usually come here but it is handy with Vapeology across the way. The place is depressing as it is, and her attitude suits it. I put a box of ciders back in the wrong spot and she made it clear she was displeased. I apologized and offered to put them in the correct spot which she said don't worry I will do it albiet unpleasantly. Couldn't help but tell her she is. There was some back in forth as I was walking out. I never get into verbal slinging matches with people. She deserves a talking to about her customer service approach. Ended with me telling her there are horrible things going on in a world and I won't be back. Never experienced such an attitude from a shop person. Plenty of places to buy booze won't be back. Improve Big Daddy or go out of business

   the worst experience in my life. the old woman knows nothing about customer service. she's rude, always on phone with someone and speaks language I can not understand. she dared to give us a "peace off" gesture for nothing. if anyone from the management reads this ask what happened on New Ear's Eve to her colleage about conflict between her and angry customer when two of us stopped it. he was there and knows the true story.

   When are they going to get a heat pump in this shop? On a cold night, I may have stayed to browse, and perhaps bought another expensive wine but all I want to do is get out of there. That and that the choice of sparkling wine is weird and unappealing. Instead of ripping off his workers, the owner should put better stock in and there-by increasing turnover and income. Is he stupid?

   Worse experience i ever had in my life a lady talked with me and some other customers very rudely and told me not come again here I bought many times a person who works there is really supportive but lady was worse. As per brand name this behaviour with customers is not acceptable

   Great selection of alcohol and great prices. Open late which is really handy. People working there are really friendly as well.

   The shop is often in need of a clean. The back door is filthy. The woman there is nice but the rest seem uninterested, and stand around doing nothing. They constantly run out of the most common products which is partly because there's no storage room. I get the feeling they're all paid minimum (if that) and have their residencies held over them.
