Honest and excellent communication! We had a little leak in our spa and when I contacted Phil and sent through a photo of the leak he gave me advice on how to fix it. An easy fix but we had no idea what to do. Saved us any call out fee. Absolutely recommend:)
These chaps are awesome, after trying 2 others from Google that were shocking with communication I canned them and luckily found Tga Pool & Spa! Dealt with them in store and had their service chap out for repairs all very knowledgeable, passionate and skilled. 10/10. Repair price was as expected. Thanks team
Great service!! I needed a new seal for my Bullfrog spa and contacted the Tauranga Pool and Spa via there website early on Friday morning, by 9am I was told someone would contact me, they did and sent me a link to exactly what I needed, by midday it was ordered and shipped! Next business day, Monday I received it and now the spa is back up and running and heating up over night ready for tomorrow! I only wish they were based in Rangiora | Christchurch!!! Such good service, will order through them again and pay the shipping as cheaper than driving into Christchurch.
I've have brought items of these guys twice now. Once in person and the other online which arrived super fast. Great communication and they go out of their way to help. I am not a local, and after non existent service from pool and spa parts businesses in my town, for parts for a spa purchased elsewhere, I visited Tauranga Pool and Spa while on holiday. Peter was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and provided excellent customer service, and not only identified the parts that I required, but had them in stock. Regardless of your location in New Zealand, I would have no hesitation in recommending him for assistance in sourcing parts.
